Orientation and Start-Up

 

 

A cornerstone of Marquette Rail's ownership culture is participation, and we got an early start with it even before our official start-up. Our orientation started with a site visit to each of our customers' locations, after which we held team orientation sessions focused on rules, safety, employee ownership and economic literacy. (Click on the first photo for a large-format slide show).
